The Wine Enterprise is a fine wine company offering many specialised and tailored events to corporate and private clients. We have a range of themes including wine tours to some of the finest wine regions of the world, fine and casual wine tastings, a wine academy and we also cater for events which range from wine and canapé receptions to gala tasting menus with fine wines.
With vast experience gained from many years of working with fine food, wine and hospitality we feel that our services to you will be of the highest standard.

The Wine Enterprise founder, Nick O'Callaghan has an unwavering passion for fine wine. Nick was brought up in Limerick City in Southwest Ireland surrounded by fine food and wine and through his Mum Anne's wonderful cooking and his Father Liam's great love of fine wine, Nick was destined to follow this route. Persuaded by his Father to study french in Paris and then move to Burgundy, he developed a great understanding of this truly unique wine region. Through The Wine Enterprise Nick wishes to share his love of food and wine and pass on his considerable knowledge in a fun, educational and endearing way. As the slogan at the famous Burgundy Grand Cru Clos Vougeot illustrates 'Jamais en vain, toujours en Vin', 'Never in vain, always in Wine'
